Privacy

The Wonder Question is an outreach of Wonder Ministries in Allen, Texas. Your questions are often personal, so we keep this simple: we collect as little as we can, we use it only to answer you, and we never sell or share it.

What we collect

• Questions asked on this site: your question, and your first name and email if you give them.
• Texts: your phone number and the messages you send us.
• This site uses no cookies, no advertising and no tracking.

How we use it

Only to read and answer your question and to continue a conversation you started. We may answer an anonymous question publicly on our Instagram, without anything that could identify you. We never answer a question publicly with your name unless you ask us to.

Where it is kept

Questions and text conversations are kept in ChurchFoundry, the church software Wonder Church uses, where only Jay and the people helping him can read them. Texts are delivered by Amazon Web Services. Neither may use your information for anything else.

Text messages

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile number and your agreement to receive texts are never sold, rented or shared. See the texting terms.

Removing your information

Ask us any time to delete your questions and contact details: reply to us, text (945) 445-2494, or email office@wonder.church.
